I'm not an expert on Technikas and their rangefinders, but I don't think that there is any adjustment that you can make to the internal rangefinder mechanism that will do what you want. Rangefinder to a "new" infinity spot, to match the "two" infinities of lens and rf? The big question i guess is, is there a way of adjusting the mirrors or whatever in the ![]() (sorry, i don't really know the correct terms -)Īs i mentioned i replaced the standard press back and put a new one from a technikaĬolor, which is about a technika IV back. The new rotating back and the plate with the silver leavers, that keep the rotating back in I have the impression, this is about the length the ground glass has moved back due to Rangefinders "infinity" is always linked to a bellows extension of +1 centimeter compared It just has a groove in the upper focusing rail.Ĭhecking the rangefinder for infinity and checking the gg for infinity shows a difference ofĪbout a centimeter on the focusing rail (hope, this says what i mean?). Now this technika III worked without infinity stops like IV, V and master. i've tried to follow your recommendations, but this didn't work.
